1. Pastels Hues
Pastels are almost always a must during the spring season, but in 2014 they are everywhere! From red carpets to runways, we have seen pastel hues all over this spring. Designers like Jason Wu, Rag & Bone and Honor all had pastels in their 2014 Spring/Summer shows. We are loving the pastel blue and pink tones. Celebrities also love the pretty pastel trend. Actress like Lupita Nyong’o, Jessica Biel and Kristen Bell have rocked pastel shades both on and off the red carpet. We love totally girly ensembles as much as the next girl but stealing style from the boys is SO in this spring. From button-down collared shirts to full suits, the men are inspiring one of our favorite 2014 spring trends… borrowed from the boys! Ever want to rock a bowtie? What about a tailored suit or oversized collared shirt? This spring you can! Alexander Wang, Rachel Zoe and Ralph Lauren all had touches of menswear in their Spring/Summer 2014 runway shows. Leave it to celeb style icons to be sporting this trend. Singer Beyonce, model Kate Moss and actresses Suki Waterhouse and Kourtney Kardashian have all been trying out the boy-inspired look — and we are big fans.
